Sara is a PhD student in Dr. Wunder’s lab. She is currently investigating vaccines and pathogenesis for leptospirosis, a neglected disease. Her research aims to improve public health, especially in vulnerable populations. Outside of academics and lab work, she enjoys going to the gym, reading novels, and trying new food.
