Nikolas is a master’s student in Dr. Paulo Verardi’s lab, working on the design and development of vaccines against tick-borne encephalitis virus. The focus of the research is to develop and characterize virus-like particle and viral vector vaccines against this flavivirus. Outside of the lab, his interests include playing the piano and spending time with friends.
